NEWS: Aaron Rodgers (calf) active and will start Divisional Playoff game against Cowboys.

SMITTY: No surprise here. While anything can go down on Sundays, this should be a high scoring game, which is fantastic for all. Looking for Week 19 Fantasy Football Playoff Rankings?

ARTICLE: Crazy-Early 2015 Fantasy Football Mock Draft (Dynasty)

Hey Starters Nation:

Looking for an early 2015 Fantasy Football Mock Draft / Rankings heading into 2015? This is a dynasty mock draft, so keep in mind that players like Marshawn Lynch, Peyton Manning, Matt Forte, among others, are going to fall much, much further than they would in a early 2015 fantasy football yearly-league mock draft, but this mock draft should be rather useful to all fantasy leaguers, as for the most part things in redraft and dynasty can often times line-up rather well entering January. On that note, enjoy!

ARTICLE: Who are the top 20 Dynasty Fantasy Football Players for 2015?

Are you a dynasty fantasy football nut in need of some 2015 fantasy football content? Well, here is a writeup on the Top 20 Fantasy Football Dynasty Players heading into 2015 and beyond. Note, this is not a fantasy football mock draft, it is more of a value-based board, meaning you will find Aaron Rodgers and Andrew Luck a lot higher than you’d want to draft them, which ultimately means that I’m suggesting that their values are fantastic when faced off against their early 2015 Average Draft Positions (ADPs). So, again, this is NOT a mock draft, but in many cases will mirror where mocks have some of the players going in early mocks. Enjoy.View Top 20 Dynasty Players

NEWS: Aaron Rodgers and team not concerned over calf?

SMITTY: The team doesn’t appear to be worried about his calf, and neither are we. Expect him to be ready to rumble against the Cowboys in a Divisional battle. This should be a high-scoring event for all those Cowboys and Packers players. Looking for Week 19 Fantasy Football Playoff Rankings?

NEWS: Aaron Rodgers (calf) expected to play Week 17?

SMITTY: He practiced today. It wasn’t full-go, but he appears on his way to playing, and Green Bay will be playing for a first-round bye, so he is a safe play if he is in fact a go, and that’s good for all Packer fantasy players. Stay tuned. Looking for Week 17 Power Rankings?

NEWS: Eddie Lacy has eye irritation and may have to wear goggles during Week 16?

SMITTY: According to reports, Eddie Lacy is developing an irritation in an eye and he may not be able to wear contact lenses during Week 16. In order to see, as Lacy claims to be near blind without contacts, the runner may roll with the Eric Dickerson goggles. His irritation could go away, too, though. This shouldn’t affect Lacy’s play at all, but keep tabs on this in case something bigger develops (an eye infection, etc.). James Starks is always a bit of a threat to steal carries away from Lacy, so we wanted to bring this to your attention, despite it being somewhat small news, so that we can all monitor it. NEWS: Eddie Lacy (hip) and James Starks to split carries in Week 15?

SMITTY: This could be a frustrating situation for Eddie Lacy owners here in Week 15 when it counts most… if the two share carries, this could limit Lacy’s ability to be a RB1 this week. Because he has so much talent, upside, and solid situation, it’s hard to bench Lacy in any situation unless your RB depth is just super-deep, but it’s safe to expect some Starks vulture action in Week 15. We will let you know if we hear more regarding this situation! Starks is a decent “reach” play at a flex spot if you need one, so make sure he isn’t sitting on waivers. Expect big Week 15 performances out of all Aaron Rodgers, Randall Cobb and especially Jordy Nelson. Looking for Week 15 Power Rankings?

NEWS: Eddie Lacy (hip) says he has hurdles to clear before being cleared for Week 15?

SMITTY: If you don’t listen to our Weekly Radio Shows, hosted by Russ Bliss (I join him on Tuesdays), you miss out on nuggets like “be sure to grab James Starks ASAP”. Russ shouted this out on our Tuesday show as we talked about Lacy’s injury. As of now, Lacy is on the wrong side of ‘questionable’ — We will keep you posted, but Starks is a must-grab for anyone, if you own Lacy or not, and he would be a RB2 this week (with upside for more) if starting. NEWS: Eddie Lacy (hip) more injured than previously thought?

SMITTY: The early word this week was that Eddie Lacy’s hip was a non-issue, but a local beat writer is curious if the runner’s hip injury is ore serious than originally thought, as Lacy hasn’t practiced much at all Thursday. This could be just a situation where Green Bay is trying to give him tons of rest, so don’t read too much into this (yet), but James Starks is a must-own for all Lacy owners right now (check waivers!). NEWS: Roddy White active for Monday Night Football Week 14 against GB.

SMITTY: While he isn’t much more than a fantasy WR3, he is active, which is good. The Packers inactives were quiet-like — We expect this to be a high-scoring event, led by Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, Eddie Lacy and of course Aaron Rodgers. Julio Jones could be in for a big game as well, but we fully expect the Packers to win this one by quite a bit. It’s football, anything can happen on game day, which is why this sport is so fun to watch. Good luck to all of you with players in this game tonight!
