NEWS: Jimmy Graham and DeAngelo Williams both active for Thursday Night Week 9

SMITTY: While he isn’t quite full strength, he scored a touchdown last week, so Jimmy Graham is a must-start unless he suffers some sort of last-second setback. Expect a lot of Drew Brees, Brandin Cooks (who should get more consistent moving forward) and Mark Ingram, who now has high-end RB2 appeal. DeAngelo Williams is set to start tonight’s battle against the Saints, but Jonathan Stewart could see just as much work. This feels like a total sharing situation. Panthers WR Philly Brown and running backs Khiry Robinson and Pierre Thomas are all inactive. Looking for Week 9 Power Rankings?

NEWS: DeAngelo Williams to start Thursday night (Week 9).

SMITTY: DeAngelo Williams is listed as probable for this Week 9 Thursday night battle between the Panthers and Saints. He will still split a decent amount of touches with Jonathan Stewart. Looking for Week 9 Power Rankings?

NEWS: DeAngelo Williams (ankle) out for Week 5; Fozzy Whittaker or Darrin Reaves next man up?

SMITTY: This sounds like a high-ankle sprain, which means he could miss at least 2-3 weeks, if not longer (depending on the severity). So, next man up, right? In steps Fozzy Whittaker? He is a decent add this week if desperate, but also consider that Darrin Reaves and Chris Ogbonnaya could get some touches in Week 5, so this could just be a RBBC. Jonathan Stewart will likely still be out for Week 5. Looking for Week 5 Power Rankings?
