Week 17 Waiver Wire

smitty staff

Who are the top Waiver Wire Additions for Week 17? Good luck to all!

Top Adds: Week 17

1. Jacquizz Rodgers, Tampa Bay – Doug Martin is expected to be inactive in Week 17, so Rodgers is a must-grab and likely at least a must-start for you at flex, unless you’re stacked at flex.

2. Adam Thielen, Minnesota – Thielen had a 200-yard game last week and needs to be owned and started in larger leagues as a WR3.

3. Alfred Blue, Houston – Blue got 25 touches in Week 17, and Miller is not likely to play Week 17 (as of now).

Week 10 Waiver Wire

James Starks, GB RB – Starks (knee) returned to practice last week, and could play this week. Ty Montgomery is not setup to continue his ‘slash’ type role, so GB will likely welcome back Starks as the lead rusher. He should be grabbed in all leagues and could have very solid flex-value, if not more, within 1-2 weeks! Note, Joique Bell could sign with GB today. Monitor this and react accordingly.

DuJuan Harris, SF RB – With Carlos Hyde out in Week 9, Harris totaled an impressive 59 yards on 10 carries while pulling in five catches for 83 yards and a touchdown. Hyde is the starter, but Harris is the clear handcuff and flex-worthy if starting.

Paul Perkins, NYG RB – Rashad Jennings will likely continue to get the goal line work if healthy, but Paul Perkins had 11 carries for 32 yards in the Giants’ Week 9 win over the Eagles. This is a RBBC but Perkins has nice upside and stash value!

Chris Ivory, JAC RB – The guy was dropped in handfuls of leagues, but in Week 9, he ran for 107 yards on 18 carries. He is no lock to be consistent, but should be owned in most leagues.

Week 5 Waiver Wire Recommendations

smitty staff

Below is our Week 5 Waiver Wire Recommendations. Note: make sure players like Carson Wentz, Dak Prescott and Jordan Howard aren’t still available in your league. They shouldn’t be, as they have been on our list for a least a week or two in some of those cases. Howard by far would be the top pick-up this week if he was in fact available, as he has RB2 value in fantasy already! Congrats to those who grabbed him last week, as he was atop our list!

Wendell Smallwood PHI RB – How is this guy still available in so many leagues? He is, I just checked. Maybe because he had a bye last week? Grab him!!! I’d even say aside from Jordan Howard, who I talk about above, Smallwood is the top player on my list almost no matter what (Howard then Smallwood, in that order).

Kenneth Dixon BAL RB – Here is a must-stash, folks!!!! Don’t be wishing you grabbed him just like some of you might have waited on Jordan Howard. These types of players tend to rise to the top due to talent and injury in front of them.

Devontae Booker DEN RB – Here is a must-stash, folks!!!! Don’t be wishing you grabbed him just like some of you might have waited on Jordan Howard. These types of players tend to rise to the top due to talent and injury in front of them.

Tyler Eifert CIN TE – Coming back from injury and always has top 5TE upside when healthy.

Dion Lewis NE RB – Secret weapon stash if you can afford the spot.

Terrance West BAL RB He had a 100 yards in Week 4 and the Ravens are playing the hot hand for now, so he needs to be grabbed. But, we like Dixon for later, read above!

Orleans Darkwa NYG RB – Started Monday night, worth a grab.

Dontrelle Inman SD WR – Nice grab if you need a deep WR on your bench!

Eddie Royal CHI WR – He could be solid WR3/4-type moving forward.

The Rest

DeAndre Washington OAK RB

Robert Woods BUF WR

Kenny Stills MIA WR

Jeremy Kerley SF WR

Bilal Powell NYJ RB
